The Fabulous 4 Villages Orchestra - 4VO - is an exciting orchestra drawn primarily from musicians living in and around the four villages of Duxford, Whittlesford, Hinxton and Ickleton. It's geared towards people who can read music, are at least grade 5 standard or higher or who have been playing for at least five years.

4VO rehearses on a Thursday evening between 8pm and 10pm at the Catholic Church Hall, Our Lady Of Lourdes, High Street, Sawston.

4VO usually performs two concerts each year, in May and November. The music is light and popular, and our concerts are themed. For instance our concerts in 2023 included a look at the world of television music and a Christmas concert.  Other concerts have included ‘Motown Magic’, ‘The World of James Bond’, and ‘Big Band Bonanza’, to name just a few.
